Cilantro Lime Roasted Corn

I ran across this recipe Here and I happened to have all the ingredients and my dad came over with some ears of corn it worked out that I made it tonight for dinner.  I have never baked corn in the oven but it turned out delicious. 

Ingredients
1 stick of butter, softened
1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

Directions
Mix all ingredients well.  Rub onto ears of corn.  Individually wrap each corn in foil and roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.  Make sure to have the seam side up so that the butter doesn't fall down and smoke up oven (from experience).
