Cake Corn Bread
Perfect combination of the sweetness from cake and cornbread.
Ingredients:
3 Jiffy Corn Bread Mixes
1 Yellow cake mix
Directions:
Use all directions for each mix and combine. Add mix to greased full size sheet pan. 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Honey Butter: 1 cube butter, softened mixed with 1/4 cup of honey.
It is more dense than cake. More like cornbread but softer and sweeter. I need to take a photo. I made some tonight. It's more for a potluck or big part because it makes a lot (could feed over 20 people. Half the recipe if you want to cook for less people.
