Banana Bars
My sister in law Jaymee made these amazing bars! They are delicious and feed a lot of people so they are good for potlucks.
Ingredients and Directions :
1 1/2 C sugar 1C sour cream 1/2 C softened butter 2 eggs 1 1/2 C banana mashed 2 C flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla Mix together and spread in a greased cookie sheet Bake at 375 for 20 min
Let cool then frost:
Frosting 6 oz cream cheese 1 lb powered sugar 1 cube butter softened And a little milk Mix until light and creamy
