Strawberry Feta Salad

Strawberry Feta Salad
Layer ingredients as desired in a salad bowl:  


1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped and 1 bag spinach
Crumbled feta cheese 
Thinly sliced red onions
Sliced strawberries
Pecans 
Crumbled bacon or pre-cooked bacon crumbles (got mine from Costco)


Poppy Seed Dressing
½ c sugar

1 t. dry mustard

1/3 c apple cider vinegar

1 c veg. oil

½ tbsp poppy seeds

(*I usually cut the dressing in half)
