Cookie Monster Cupcakes

My sister-in-law Moana loves to bake cakes and she' getting better and better.  Today she made these Cookie Monster Cupcakes for our friend's shower who is having a boy.  They turned out great and tasted yummy too.  Thanks Mo!

She made a mini cake too in addition to the cupcakes.
