Garlic Parmesan Rolls

Like I have said before, my mother-in-law Nanette has some great recipes.  I used her "dinner roll" recipe for the dough and added some ingredients to create some yummy rolls.  You can use the dough recipe for cinnamon rolls too.
Ingredients:
1 cup of warm water
2 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup warm milk
12 c bread flour (I used all purpose and it still tasted good)
Filling:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
1-2 tsp dried parsley
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt
After cooking, brush:
1/2 cup margarine or butter

Directions:
In a large Tupperware bowl, add all ingredients except flour, filling ingredients, and final 1/2 cup butter.  Add 4 cups of flour and beat until smooth.  Combine adding flour 1 cup at a time until it pulls away from the side and forms a ball.  Add another half cup of flour and start to knead.  Continue to add flour as it gets sticky.  Knead about 8 minutes.  The dough should be soft when you finish.  Cover and let rise until cover pops open.  Melt butter and 1 tsp of garlic in microwave for about 20 seconds.  Add parsley and Parmesan cheese and a few shakes of garlic salt.  When dough has risen, divide dough into 2 parts, rolling out one at a time into rectangular shape.  Spread butter mixture onto rolled out dough.  Roll up dough forming a long roll.  Divide dough into 1 inch pieces by using floss for easy cutting.  (If you aren't familiar with technique HERE).  Place rolls onto cookie sheet.  You may also make normal dinner rolls out of this dough too.  Cover rolls with towel and let rise again.   Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 15 minutes.  Grease top with melted butter.
