Tissue Paper Pom Poms

 Supplies:

10-12 sheets of tissue paper
Twisty ties or thin bendable wire
Fishing line or thread

Directions:
Stack tissue paper together, start folding like an accordion or fan until all the way folded.  Cut each end either with pointed ends or rounded ends.  Tie middle with twisty tie or bendable wire.  Separate layers, pulling away from the center one at a time.  Tie a string or fishing line and hang from ceiling.  Click Here for more photos of how to do it with images.  It looks real pretty with all one color too.  The blue one on the right below is with 12 sheets, the one on the left with 8 (pinks).  I like them with more tissue paper, it's more full.
